RETURN POLICY AND REFUNDS

Lalita 's Art Shop understands that buying products online can cause concern. If you want to return a product , please read our return and refund policy to facilitate the process.

If you are not satisfied with a product you may exchange it or return it for a refund within 15 days of receipt.

All exchanges or refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the product.

All returns will be at the customer's expense except for defective items .

The shipping and transport costs of defective products will be reimbursed only after we receive the products and can confirm the product in question is indeed defective.

All refunds or exchanges must be approved by Lalita 's Art Shop.

Returns

Please contact us so we can inform you about the return procedure and a provide you with return authorization number.
You can contact us by completing the form on our contact page or by email ( info@lalitasartshop.com ) specifying :
-the order number
-the reason for the return
-your daytime phone number
-whether a refund or exchange (if available) is desired.

To facilitate the return of an article, it must :
-be accompanied by the invoice
-be unworn , unaltered , undamaged or not washed
-be in its original packaging and have its original labels (if it is not defective)
- the reason for return
-your preferred carrier ( one which provides a tracking number and a signature on delivery).

The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the package.

Lalilta's Art Shop will not be responsible for any loss or delays in the returning of merchandise.
